Found something really cool today on YouTube & want to share it with you! ;)
Immediately made a workout-plan of this:

Afterwards some cycling and workout is done! :)
Although I never do all exercises.. I'm lazy...
If you want to do an extra workout for your legs click here.
I, personally, didn't like it that much. Exercise #3 was kinda impossible lol. :/
If you're doing all other workouts + cycling you won't need that because you train your legs already enough.
Arms & shoulders will be tested soon!
