Recipe: Espaguetis con muselina de champiñón y pimentón

As I said some time ago I want to share some recipes of food I love, so here's my first!

Spaghetti with creamed mushroom and paprika sauce

Ingredients:
400g fresh mushrooms (not canned!)
1 red paprika
1 yellow paprika
1 bottle Cremefine 7% fat (250ml)
1 package spaghetti
Olive oil
Spices

(Cremefine is a german product so you probably have to replace it with normal cream. Important is just that it's 250ml.)

Step 1: Clean the vegetables, cut the paprika in stripes & the mushrooms in slices.
(For those who don't know how to clean & cut the 'shrooms: Cut off the stem a bit and then clean under the "head" if there's some dirt. Then carefully wash them.)

Step 2: Heat some oil in a pan, add the shrooms & paprika, stew them a bit. Meanwhile you can cook the water for the spaghettis.

Step 3: When the mass of vegetables decreased a bit, add some spices. Whatever you want to use. I prefer italian herbs.

Step 4: After 3-5minutes it's time to put the spaghettis into the water & add the Cremefine/cream to the vegetables. Let it simmer 'til the noodles are done.

When everything is done and on the plate I finish it with some parsley, but it's a matter of taste.
Well, that's it. Makes a total of I guess 4-5 servings. Depends on how much you eat. If you can buy a smaller amount of fresh mushrooms just adjust all other ingredients. We here have only these 400g packages.
Oh and btw, if you buy fresh 'shrooms you have to eat them withing 2, maximum 3 days.

Duration: ~1 hour
Calories:
400g 'shrooms: 60
100g red paprika: 37
100g yellow paprika: 30
1 bottle Cremefine: 212,5
1 package spaghettis: 1760
1 tablespoon oil: 70~
Makes a total of 2182,5.
~545 per serving.

This is so simple, even guys could cook that. :)
Enjoy. :)
