Yes, I know. I was very very lazy the last day. That's just so typically me. As soon as the end is in sight I want it to be over and do everything half-hearted. Like my last year in school. Not the best time to get lazy.....
What was really interesting for me to see was the time. Sometimes a bit weird. I should add that I didn't change any settings on my hometrainer for the time of the experiment to be able to compare the days.
Well, I don't know what else to say now. I guess the table speaks for itself. Do sport and you'll lose weight. Lol. It's so simple.
When you're not sporty you shouldn't set your daily goal up to 2000 calories. Start low, after a while your body will do everything itself and sooner than you think you're up there! :)
When your expectations are too high you will be frustrated too easily because you won't reach the goal. You know the vicious cycle that will follow, no need to go into detail. Do as much as you can - it will be enough. :)
When I started again with doing sport and getting more healthy back in summer 2009, I started with 4km/2.5miles every day. After 3 days I made it up to 7-8km/4.5-5miles and after a week I was up at 13-14km/8.7miles every single day. And as you can see in the table now I'm nearly at the maximum I can do every day due to limited time. And of course as I already mentioned I can't eat 3.500cal every day. That would be 3 pizzas + a dessert. Okay if you're a guy you can probably do that but not me. :)
Okay what else to say. My experiment is not a really good idea for a long period of time. Means when you're planning to lose a lot of weight you should take it easy. Reason for that is: You can never know where your body burns fat. For those of you who slept in biology class: Every single internal organ is surrounded by an adipose tissue that they would love to keep, because it's necessary. So you have to make sure your body is not about to reduce the fat there. You can simply overwatch that by measuring the girth somewhere. Preferably leg/arm.
And thaaat's it. If you have any questions about the experiment, ask me.
Feel hugged, xo
